- Analyze, configure, test, and maintain ERP system functionality, workflows, security controls, and batch processing activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and resolve production issues.
- Support compliance, audit activities, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives across enterprise systems.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, documentation, training materials, and executive-level communications to support system operations and modernization efforts.
