Our top perfomer has plans to take over over the USA! However, in order to do that we need a trusted pair of hands to focus on delivering for our US clients. By the end of this year, this practice will be worth c.$1,000,000. With your help - as well as a UK counterpart we're also looking to hire - we believe this revenue figure could double in 2027. Role Highlights:
- A soft landing, with existing clients and roles to work on
- No requirement to win new business
- Source, assess and place top-tier talent via proactive search methods
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
You Will Need:
- Consistent performance in either a delivery or 360 role
- Confidence in both internal and external stakeholder communication
- To be able to work at pace - you will be busy, with roles coming through very regularly
- A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning (coachable)
