Senior Recruitment Consultant- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin
After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be mostly candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant candidates in GTM
- Running an exceptional candidate process for every role you work on
- Able to build strong trusting relationships with candidates and clients
- Networking in the GTM space- lots of events, meet-ups, and F2F meetings
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
- Managing complex negotiations
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
- Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
