Job Title: Mailroom Clerk
Work Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Shifts Available: Mon –Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Type: Temp to Permanent
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Copy/Print/Scan and Hospitality,
- A person with customer service experience is optimal.
- Some office experience but not necessary as they will be trained.
- Seeking candidates who are responsible for printing, copying, scanning and helping maintain kitchens and coffee bars.
- Preferably someone with mailroom experience, customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills required.
Job Responsibilities:
- This requisition should focus mainly on Hospitality services.
- setting up food and beverage service for meetings and events.
- The reception coverage is secondary.
- Assisting in the centre with print/scan/copy and mail related tasks.
- Manager wants candidates who do have prior copy/printing experience.
- They will also be delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail.
- Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties.
- Responsible for printing, copying, scanning; help with maintaining the kitchens & pantry areas; conference room setups; delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail.
