Job Title: Delivery Ops - Print Production
Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117
Pay Rate: $17.24/hr
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Temp, 1-2 months (Possible extension and hire)
Qualifications:
- Required High school degree or equivalent
- Post high school technology training or experience (Preferred)
- Digital Print Services DPS
- Print production, finishing tools and being able to work closely with other team members
- Basic use of MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Good customer skills, understanding to moving parts of a Production Print shop.
- Standing 6 hours, walking, lifting 50lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Print jobs arrive and provided to the print shop staff to print, build and prepare for delivery, all under tight timelines.
- Quality expectations are close to 100% of being created perfectly
- Perform finishing tasks and utilize finishing equipment such as paper cutters, booklet markers, inserters, laminators, and hole punchers and coil binding
- Update print job tickets in customer tool.
- Prep completed jobs for delivery to customers
- Operate digital print equipment
- Perform quality inspection during and after print jobs.
- Maintain appropriate supply inventory and distribute supplies as needed.
- Collect data and respond to print/copy issues
- Inspect files for problem areas, including fonts, image resolution and image registration.
- Perform operator maintenance on equipment.
