Job Summary
The Engineering Manager leads the regional engineering and design team, overseeing technical execution, project delivery, and successful launch of stations, pipeline replacement, gas distribution, and LNG projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical project execution, quality, and overall success across projects.
- Lead proposals, project capture, setup, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to standardize processes and delivery.
- Serve as primary client contact; support business development and client relationships.
- Manage project design, equipment specifications, bid reviews, and project plans.
- Mentor and develop engineers; lead multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Process, Mechanical).
- Maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) with 10 years of experience.
- PE license required (or obtained within 6 months).
- Experience with natural gas compressor stations and/or facilities.
Skills
Team-oriented, proactive problem-solver with strong leadership, initiative, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
