Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet scope and timelines
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and field teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and specifications
- Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to clients and leadership
- Conduct quality audits, safety meetings, and daily site planning
- Administer contracts, permits, and project documentation
- Monitor productivity and drive efficiency across job sites
- Anticipate delays and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications:
- 10 years of commercial solar construction experience (500kW projects)
- Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, installation practices, and commissioning
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and structural drawings
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project phases
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction software
- OSHA 30 completed within the last 5 years
- NFPA 70E completed within the last 3 years
- Lockout/Tagout completed within the last 3 years
