Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician – Corpus Christi Area
360 Premier Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support our growing customer base in the Corpus Christi area. This position will primarily service commercial customers throughout Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Alice, Portland, Rockport, Aransas Pass, and surrounding communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment with minimal supervision. We are looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Initial training will take place in the Rio Grande Valley for approximately two weeks before transitioning into the Corpus Christi service territory.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Service rooftop units, package units, split systems, mini splits, exhaust fans, make up air units, walk in coolers, walk in freezers, reach in coolers, ice machines, and beverage equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Identify equipment deficiencies and provide repair or replacement recommendations
- Complete detailed service notes, photos, model numbers, serial numbers, and repair recommendations using company software
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Provide professional customer service while representing the company on site
- Follow all company safety procedures and customer requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years HVAC/R experience preferred
- Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a service territory
- Experience working with national account customers is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
