- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime based on workload
- $30.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience

We are seeking a dependable, technically skilled HVAC professional who can independently manage field service calls, troubleshoot systems efficiently, and maintain strong customer relationships. - 5 years of commercial and/or residential HVAC service experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and system layouts
- Experience with preventative maintenance and performance documentation
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently manage service schedules and multiple calls
- Comfortable working in rooftops, mechanical rooms, and variable weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with scissor lifts, genie lifts, and safe jobsite practices
- Basic smartphone or tablet proficiency for digital service reporting
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving history
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- HVAC technical school or formal trade program completion
