Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
360 Premier Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. We provide commercial facility maintenance services for national accounts, convenience stores, restaurants, retail locations, and other commercial facilities throughout South Texas.
We are looking for a dependable technician with experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. While we are primarily seeking experienced technicians, qualified HVAC/R helpers with relevant experience and a strong work ethic may also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Service rooftop units, package units, split systems, mini splits, exhaust fans, make up air units, walk in coolers, walk in freezers, reach in coolers, ice machines, and beverage equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Accurately identify equipment issues and provide repair or replacement recommendations
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Complete detailed service notes, photos, model numbers, serial numbers, and repair recommendations using company software
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and customer requirements
- Provide professional customer service while representing the company on site
Qualifications
- HVAC/R experience required
- Commercial HVAC/R experience required
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
