What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator - Construction Jobsite position at 347 Group, Inc.?
We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Coordinator near Hollister, CA. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-jobsite position.
Requirements & Skills:
- At least 2-4 years of experience performing project coordinating experience (construction industry experience is desired, not required)
- Construction terminology knowledge is a plus
- Experience with tracking change orders, RFI’s
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external coworkers
- Update and pull reports from internal and external databases
- Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, detailed
- Must have good math aptitude
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Suites, to include Excel and OneDrive
- Experience with Procore is desired
- Overtime is required
