We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team specializing in luxury custom homes and high-end residential remodels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in supporting exceptional craftsmanship and client service.
About this Role-
As a Construction Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects organized, efficient, and on track. You'll work closely with our team, vendors, and clients to ensure every phase from pre-construction through final walkthrough is seamless and meticulously executed.
Responsibilities- (Listed below but not limited to.)
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractor communication.
- Manage and track bidding processes, including collecting, organizing, and comparing subcontractor and vendor proposals.
- Track orders, deliveries, and lead times for custom finishes and fixtures.
- Prepare and manage permits, inspections, and related documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date project files, drawings, and change orders.
- Communicate with clients and design teams to confirm selections and approvals.
- Help ensure job site organization, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications-
- 2 years of experience in construction coordination, administration, or project management support (PREFERRED)
- Strong understanding of bidding, estimating, and budget management processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work under high pressure situations.
- Familiarity with project management tools - Smartsheets or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, & Dropbox
- Proficiency in navigating Zoom meetings.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Design Background is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with Bluebeam is beneficial but not required.
