3 Wave Cleaning is a growing air duct and dryer vent cleaning company serving residential and commercial customers across MA, NH, and RI. We're hiring a Lead Air Duct Service Technician ready to take ownership of job sites and grow into a Field Supervisor role. We'll train the right person on air duct-specific skills — what matters most is a strong trades background and the ability to lead.
Required Qualifications (applications without these will not be considered):
- 3 years in a physically demanding trade or field service role — HVAC, roofing, landscaping, painting, general construction, or similar — with some experience leading or mentoring others on the job
- Demonstrated experience safely working with ladders up to 40 ft, including setup, inspection, and OSHA-compliant use
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead job-site crews and ensure work meets quality standards on every service call
- Learn and perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning using specialized equipment (full training provided)
- Safely operate and set up ladders up to 40 ft per OSHA and company protocol
- Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for customers
- Train and mentor junior technicians as the crew grows
- Maintain accurate service records using company software (FieldPulse)
- Help build out field processes as the company scales toward a full supervisor structure
