Everclean Air is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality air duct and dryer vent cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients.

Compensation:
This position offers a strong pay structure with both hourly pay and commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough air duct and dryer vent cleanings using company-provided equipment
- Inspect HVAC systems and identify any potential issues
- Educate customers on the importance of clean air ducts for health, safety, and energy efficiency
- Recommend additional services when appropriate based on the customer’s needs and system condition
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions professionally
- Safely operate company vehicles and keep equipment in good working order
- Travel within a 45-mile radius of Framingham, MA to service homes and businesses
- Report job status, customer feedback, and any issues with equipment or vehicles to management
- Follow company procedures for inspections, cleaning, documentation, and customer communication
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or a related field is highly preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job protocols
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude with customers
- Comfortable recommending additional services when needed
- Must be willing to travel up to 45 miles from Framingham, MA to service clients
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Work Schedule:
- Flexible hours based on customer and business needs
- Occasional weekend availability may be required
- Must be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned service area
