Job Description

26North is seeking an entrepreneurial, analytical, and intellectually curious Associate to join the Business Development team in New York. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual looking to make an outsized impact and help build a rapidly growing organization.

The Associate will support the firm’s investor relations and capital formation efforts across the 26North platform, working closely with the Business Development and investment teams.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Inquiries

• Manage inquiries from existing and prospective private fund investors — including RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, NDAs, and ad hoc requests — leveraging internal and external resources to respond to both routine and non-routine questions

Materials & Communications

• Coordinate and manage the preparation and dissemination of investor relations and business development materials, including investor communications and updates, investor reporting, presentations, offering memoranda, case studies, legal documents, and fact sheets
• Prepare internal communications materials, including investment committee memoranda and investor updates
• Develop internal and external presentation materials to support research and strategic recommendations

Market Intelligence & Platform Support

• Create and maintain competitor intelligence profiles and competitive landscapes
• Partner with peers across the firm to identify best practices and ensure the quality and consistency of investor relations materials
• Work with strategy and investment team members on day-to-day responsibilities and ad hoc projects that support the growth of the platform

Qualifications

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years working on the business development / investor relations team at an alternative asset management firm

• Bachelor’s degree required

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $140,000.00 and $170,000.00. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
