Cleaning Specialist

Job Title: Cleaning Specialist – Immediate Part Time and Full Time Openings
Location: Columbia, MO
Starting Pay: $20/hour after paid training period

Training is paid at $17.50/hour, jumping to $20/hour after training is completed with the potential to increase your pay to $25 /hour within your first 90 days, based on performance.

• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable standing for long periods, moving furniture pieces as needed, and squatting often to ensure every corner and surface is attended to.
• Mindfulness and Efficiency: You stay present and focused, working quickly and thoroughly to achieve excellent results every time.
• Aesthetic Appreciation: You have an eye for beauty and can recognize when a space looks and feels "just right."

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain homes and/or offices with the highest standards of care and detail
• Ensure homes are not only clean but also visually appealing and tidy
• Build relationships with clients by providing friendly and thoughtful service
• Work efficiently to meet timelines without sacrificing quality - following our proven process achieves this, so as long as you’re coachable and can follow methodical procedures, you’ll be fine :)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, caregiving, or similar customer service-oriented roles is a plus but not required
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent service
• The ability and desire to be a team player and part of a connected community
