Housewife Cleaners is looking for dependable, motivated people to join one of Missouri’s top-rated cleaning teams.

Whether you have professional cleaning experience or are completely new to the industry, we provide the paid training and support you need to succeed.

Position Highlights

• Paid training starting at $18.00 per hour
• Earn $20.00–$25.00 per hour after training, based on performance, reliability, quality, and leadership responsibilities
• Additional $2.50 per hour while driving as a gas stipend

What You’ll Do

You will provide professional cleaning services for:

• Recurring residential clients
• Deep cleanings
• Move-in and move-out cleanings
• Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers

Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting furniture, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, and other surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Making beds and tidying bedrooms
• Restocking Airbnb supplies and guest amenities
• Inspecting each property before leaving
• Following detailed cleaning checklists
• Working independently or with a teammate
• Providing friendly, professional customer service

Every day is a little different, and you will leave each home knowing you helped make someone’s day easier.

Schedule

Housewife Cleaners operates Sunday through Friday, with Saturdays typically off.

Residential cleanings are generally completed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Airbnb turnover cleanings are typically scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to accommodate guest check-in times.

Flexible schedules are available for employees seeking between 3 and 6 working days per week. We work to create a consistent schedule that supports both employee availability and client needs.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the workday
• Availability to work within the company’s Sunday–Friday operating schedule
