Job Summary
Live Fresh Cleaning Co. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team. This is a part-time position providing both residential and commercial cleaning in and around the Arnold area.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and wants to grow into a more independent role over time.
No professional cleaning experience is required. We’re happy to train the right person in the Live Fresh cleaning process and standards.
What You’ll Do
- Residential home cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms and detailed cleaning
- Follow Live Fresh cleaning standards and individual client preferences
- Treat clients, their homes, businesses and belongings with care
- Work directly alongside the owner during the initial training period
- Gradually take on more responsibility and independent cleaning as training progresses

Transportation
During the first couple months of training, you will work directly with the owner and transportation between jobs will be provided. As the position progresses into independent cleaning, reliable transportation and the ability to travel between client locations will be required.
Schedule & Pay
This is a part-time daytime position, approximately 10–20 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours as the position grows.
Starting pay is $15/hour during training, with opportunities for increases up to $20/hour as you progress into independent cleaning. Advancement is based on reliability, quality of work, consistency and ability to confidently manage client homes and commercial accounts.
