Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential properties, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry services.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure safe and hygienic environments.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet extractors efficiently.
• Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during furniture moving or deep-cleaning projects.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance when required.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface sanitation techniques, and floor care methods.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
• Experience with outdoor work environments and outdoor surface maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and client communication strategies enhances service delivery.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
