Wholesale Account Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Manage wholesale accounts from purchase order intake through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong service levels.
  • Act as the primary operations contact for account updates, delivery timelines, product launches, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain demand plans and short-term sales forecasts, using ERP data to support business visibility and planning.
  • Partner with sales, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to align inventory availability with customer needs and upcoming demand.
  • Monitor open orders, sales trends, and potential fulfillment risks, escalating concerns and recommending solutions when needed.
  • Coordinate product samples and support requests tied to new business opportunities and account requirements.
  • Process returns and related account activity while helping preserve strong customer relationships.
  • Use ERP systems and large data sets to analyze account performance, improve execution, and support informed decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years wholesale account experience
  • Experience working within a corporate CPG company or consumables
  • Strong proficiency within Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
