- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and apparel-industry networks.
- Manage and collaborate with external recruiting agencies and search partners, including role briefings, expectation-setting, feedback loops, and performance monitoring.
- Screen and interview candidates, coordinate interview processes, and provide clear, data-informed candidate assessments and recommendations.
- Drive a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the organization’s brand values and culture.
- Lead the offer process, including compensation alignment, internal approvals, and negotiations.

- Track and share recruiting metrics and insights with leadership, helping influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Stay current on apparel industry hiring trends, talent market shifts, and competitive activity to advise the business.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite, full-time in the Los Angeles area.
- Experience working with Los Angeles–based apparel or fashion brands.
- Established professional network within the fashion/apparel talent community.
- Background supporting high-growth or fast-paced environments where priorities and hiring needs can shift quickly.

- Own recruiting across a broad spectrum of corporate functions, from design and merchandising to finance, HR, and operations.
- Work directly with senior leadership and external search partners, influencing hiring decisions at every level of the business.
- Thrive in a fully onsite environment that encourages real-time collaboration, quick decision-making, and strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Benefit from competitive compensation and benefits in a role where outcomes are highly visible and appreciated.
- Make a measurable impact on team growth, organizational culture, and the long-term talent brand of the company.
