About the Role

As the business continues to scale, site performance, conversion rate, average order value, and overall revenue efficiency are critical to growth. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead and optimize the Shopify storefront as a key revenue channel.



Responsibilities

  • Own the site experience end-to-end, ensuring it reflects brand standards while delivering a cohesive, high-converting customer journey
  • Continuously improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall funnel efficiency
  • Apply strong merchandising judgment to optimize product visibility, assortment, and on-site performance
  • Operate with high accountability and deliver clear, measurable business impact


Core Responsibilities


  • Revenue & Funnel Performance
  • Own site revenue, conversion rate, and AOV end-to-end
  • Diagnose funnel drop-off and implement improvements across PDP, cart, and checkout
  • Prioritize and execute high-impact optimizations quickly


  • Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Lead and execute the CRO roadmap, including testing, UX improvements, and iteration
  • Identify friction points and remove them decisively
  • Optimize the mobile-first customer experience across key touchpoints


  • Shopify Ownership
  • Directly manage and optimize the Shopify storefront
  • Own site structure, navigation, and performance
  • Maintain site speed, stability, and technical health
  • Evaluate and implement tools that improve conversion or operational efficiency


  • Merchandising & Product Strategy
  • Own on-site merchandising, including collections, sorting, and product visibility
  • Drive AOV, sell-through, and margin through product placement and bundling
  • Align inventory, launches, and merchandising decisions to revenue outcomes


  • Campaign & Launch Execution
  • Own on-site execution for product drops, promotions, and campaigns
  • Ensure traffic lands on high-converting experiences
  • QA and launch updates with speed and precision


  • Customer Journey Optimization
  • Improve clarity around sizing, fit, shipping, and returns
  • Use customer experience data to reduce returns and friction
  • Optimize the end-to-end shopping experience


  • Analytics & Insights
  • Monitor performance across Shopify and analytics tools
  • Identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of improving conversion rate and funnel performance
  • Deep, hands-on Shopify experience
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and CAC
  • Ability to think strategically and execute directly
  • Strong merchandising instincts; fashion or apparel experience preferred
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action



Experience Requirements


  • 5 years of ecommerce experience; fashion experience a must
  • Shopify expertise required
  • Experience with CRO, UX, merchandising, and analytics tools
  • Experience tracking and reporting on ecommerce performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, search and merchandising tools, Tapcart, ERP systems, Shopify Launchpad, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Experience managing third-party tools, vendors, or platform relationships is preferred


Pay range and compensation package


Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
