The Snr Manager of eCommerce creates and upholds the complete brand DTC experience. Both commercial and consumer minded, this role leads all dotcom promotional and consumer experience strategy, strategic development roadmap, daily web operations and a shared accountability for financial objectives. This position relies on data-driven decision making and works collaboratively across all brand functions to help solidify our brand identity and scale our business to its full potential.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the DTC user experience and identify areas of opportunity to drive key KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Units per transaction, Customer Satisfaction and more.
- Accountable for strategic DTC needs and deliverables to support the brand revenue goals and marketing plans
- Lead project definition, prioritization and road-mapping for DTC features and functionality
- Oversee all site updates and development sprints with the Web Development AOR, UX Lead and Ecomm Associate.
- Lead on-site creative A/B testing plan content, copy and functionality and partner with the Paid and CRM Leads to develop learning plans testing creative and messaging effectiveness and CRO throughout the DTC experience
- Partner with SVP Digital and Analytics Lead to author time cadenced and campaign reporting for key business KPIs with clear evaluation of performance challenges and opportunities across DTC and Customer Care ensuring stakeholders are armed with actionable insights.
- Work with the Director of Growth to ensure SEO and AEO optimizations are made across DTC and perform to plan across search engines and LLMs - including but not limited to content, copy and implementation of technical elements living within Shopify.
- Serve as the ecomm lead for the ERP Integration and through the eComm Coordinator, ensure daily DTC operations are functionally sound via daily checks for order reliability and management.
- Manage the Customer Service team to ensure they’re equipped to deliver a superior and efficient customer experience, managing any escalations and providing hands-on support as needed.
- Support SVP of Digital in representing DTC to internal stakeholders. Confidently presenting both wins and losses to senior leadership, with thoughtful and clear analysis.
- Lead, mentors and develop the E-commerce Associate.
- Foster and encourage a collaborative team culture.
Skills Requirements:
- 6 - 8 years experience in eCommerce, ideally at a DTC lifestyle, beauty or consumer brand.
- Deep, hands-on and strategic knowledge of Shopify Plus and eComm platforms/integrations.
- Previous management or oversight of web development agency, in-house dev resources and UX talent.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices, CRO, and mobile-first design.
- Have previously managed Shopify-native site integrations / apps such as Okendo, Rebuy, Recharge, Videowise, Gorgias etc.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, such as creative, product, marketing, ops, finance.
- Deep understanding of common eCommerce and channel performance metrics (LTV, ROAS, AOV, etc.), how they are tracked and strategies and tactics that impact each.
- Prior experience with cross-border shipping principles and ownership of the International experience.
- Proven ability to lead and grow a high-performing digital team, including CX.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and prior experience being a key contributor to sales channel planning.
