Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to lead and support strategic HR initiatives across North America. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of complex, high-impact, and confidential HR projects spanning Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent, and organizational transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategy.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR data and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools.
- Support change management and communication efforts to ensure successful adoption of HR programs.
