About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy & Ops Coordinator to support the CEO and marketing team in running an organized, data-driven, and well-aligned marketing function. You’ll help keep campaigns moving, calendars clear, and reporting on point - basically, making sure big ideas turn into real results. It’s a great fit for someone early in their career who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and curious about how strategy, creative, and performance all connect.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain the master marketing calendar and support planning across paid, CRM, content, and product
- Coordinate tasks and timelines across teams to keep launches and campaigns on track
- Support asset trafficking, campaign setup, and deliverable tracking
- Pull and consolidate weekly/monthly reports on key metrics (traffic, engagement, sales)
- Assist in preparing marketing recaps and updates for the CEO and leadership
- Help track budgets, invoices, and project documentation
- Keep team operations organized - from meeting notes to project trackers and follow-ups
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project support
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, project management, and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Clear communicator who enjoys keeping people aligned and informed
- Eager to learn about how marketing strategies are built, executed, and measured
- Calm under pressure and proactive when things get busy
