Overview:
Our team is seeking a Specialized Project Manager III to support Business Integration initiatives within the Customer Operations organization. This role will focus on Day 1, Day 90, and other key milestones associated with ongoing Cable initiatives (WiFi, Internet, Seamless Entertainment, STVA, Voice, etc.) connected to an in-flight merger. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end process from requirements and work sessions through to development, testing, and operational readiness, ensuring all Customer Operations functions are fully aligned throughout integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and planning through execution and operational delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones while managing scope, budget, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional work sessions, ensuring alignment between technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee all testing, training, and communication deliverables tied to integration readiness.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with internal teams and leadership.
- Manage risk, issue resolution, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project documentation, budget reports, and executive status updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in project or program management within large, matrixed environments.
- Proven expertise managing complex integration or operational readiness projects.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated success delivering on-time, on-budget programs within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background:
- Experience supporting Cable, Telecommunications, or large-scale Customer Operations programs.
- Familiarity with WiFi, Internet, SE, STVA, and Voice product lines.
