THE POSITION

In this role, you will create a unique and memorable client experience, maximize sales, and build long-term customer relationships while upholding the standards and image of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Brand Image

• Represent the brand with professionalism and consistently uphold company standards, including impeccable personal presentation
• Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional welcome and a high level of service suited to a luxury environment
• Share product and brand knowledge with both clients and team members

Sales

• Master and apply the brand’s selling techniques
• Maintain strong knowledge of the brand, collections, and stock
• Understand and follow KPIs
• Build and develop a loyal customer portfolio
• Support fellow sales associates as needed

Operations

• Follow all sales procedures, including cash wrap operations
• Maintain merchandising standards, store tidiness, and fitting room presentation
• Assist with receiving deliveries, stock management, and boutique reorders

PROFILE

• Previous experience in a similar role within fashion retail is required
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Strong customer service mindset
• Curious, flexible, and adaptable in a changing retail environment
• Organized, structured, and proactive
