Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation. In this role, you will drive cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables, managing program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor program performance, track progress against milestones, and report on status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead change management initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and drive continuous improvement to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in program or project management, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience managing projects in technology, engineering, or product development environments.
- Familiarity with project/portfolio management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Previous leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
