You Will
- Serve as the senior strategic partner and primary point of contact for key client relationships.
- Lead account strategy, annual planning, campaign direction, and business recommendations.
- Translate client goals and challenges into actionable agency strategies and creative solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Mentor account and activation teams, providing strategic guidance and leadership.
- Partner with creative, strategy, production, and finance teams to deliver exceptional client work.
- Own account budgets, forecasts, scopes, profitability, and overall account health.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance strategy development, workflows, and client solutions.
- 7–10 years of experience in account management, client leadership, or a similar role within an agency or marketing environment.
- Proven success leading large-scale accounts and building long-term client partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business objectives to marketing and creative solutions.
- Experience mentoring teams and leading cross-functional collaboration.
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, scopes, and account growth.
- Experience in CPG, consumer products, pet, agriculture, or related industries preferred.
- Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to enhance strategic thinking and efficiency.
