Freelance Production Assistant
Location: Prosper, TX – On-Site
Date: Wednesday, November 4, 2026
Duration: 1-Day Shoot | Approximately 12 Hours
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
We’re looking for two Freelance Production Assistants to support an on-location photo/video shoot for social media content. This is a one-day production taking place at a restaurant in Prosper, TX.
The Production Assistants will provide hands-on support to the production team and photographers throughout the shoot, helping with setup, lighting, equipment, and general production needs to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site production support throughout a full-day photo/video shoot
- Assist photographers with equipment, lighting, setup, and breakdown
- Support portrait-style shots and lighting needs
- Help with general production logistics and needs as they arise throughout the day
- Work closely with photographers and the broader production team to keep the shoot organized and on schedule
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Production Assistant supporting professional photo and/or video shoots
- Experience assisting photographers with lighting and on-set production needs
- Experience supporting portrait photography/shoots strongly preferred
- Live event or similar fast-paced, on-site production experience
- Comfortable working a hands-on role and jumping in wherever needed
- Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-moving production environment
- Must be available for the full day on Wednesday, November 4
- Must be able to work on-site in Prosper, TX
