Product Development Coordinator

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related experience working in cosmetic product development, preferably skincare.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, consumer products, and emerging trends.
- Strong project coordination skills and confidence managing multiple priorities at once.
- Exceptional attention to detail when maintaining product information, specifications, and supporting materials.
- Ability to track timelines, milestones, approvals, and follow-up items across several workstreams.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience organizing product samples, reference libraries, presentations, or development documentation.
- Comfort supporting testing, compliance, packaging, and product-registration activities.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to succeed in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.
