Digital Art Director / Creative Manager

Join a fast-moving, high-performing creative team shaping impactful digital experiences across web, app, email, CRM, animation, and integrated campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a strong digital creative who can elevate the work, develop talent, and bring fresh thinking to a rapidly evolving retail and eCommerce environment.

As a player-coach, you will balance concepting and design with team leadership—setting a high creative bar while guiding designers and motion talent through high-quality, on-brand execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead concepting, art direction, and design across digital channels from idea through deployment.
• Manage, mentor, and allocate work for a small team of designers and motion designers.
• Drive creative quality, consistency, and timely delivery across assigned projects.
• Translate business goals and creative briefs into compelling, conversion-aware solutions.
• Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, eCommerce, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Provide art direction for photo, video, and motion production when needed.
• Present ideas clearly and confidently to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Champion AI-enabled tools, new workflows, animation, and emerging digital trends to improve productivity and scale creative impact.

What You Bring

• 6 years of creative experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring creatives.
• A standout portfolio featuring high-impact digital, web, CRM, email, motion, or animated work.
• Strong retail and eCommerce experience, with an understanding of both digital and in-store customer experiences.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or animation experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.
• Strong communication, organization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, collaborative leadership style and a high bar for craft, accountability, and continuous improvement.
