This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing audio campaigns and optimizing media performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: media buying, production, trafficking, and reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to measure performance, implement optimizations, and conduct strategic testing.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, ad serving, and compliance with brand safety standards.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging formats to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- 5–7 years in media planning, campaign management, or audio advertising; agency or in-house experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with podcasts, streaming audio, and programmatic campaigns; familiarity with platforms such as Spotify, iHeartRadio, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ad tech, martech, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of production, media buying, and campaign optimization processes.
