We are looking for an experienced Internal Field Communications Manager to lead strategic
communications for our global sales team. In this role, you will build a cohesive narrative that drives engagement and execution across the sales organization. You will be putting out newsletters as well as communications to inform the sales team about new features, products, promos, events, releases and more. This job will keep you very busy – you’ll be expected to work 40 hours/week. You will will with sales ops teams to collaborate for calendaring, etc. Lots of moving parts!

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication Planning:
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that drives alignment across the sales organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build integrated messaging for new initiatives, programs, and priorities.
- Own the coordination of the right message at the right time using the right vehicle(s)
- Content Development:
- Craft professional and engaging content, including email communications, newsletters, internal news stories, and executive messaging.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging, tailoring content to resonate with a sales audience.
- Executive Alignment:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to align on messaging strategies and ensure their communications reflect company goals and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership on delivering impactful messages to the field.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work across Product, Revenue Operations, Executive Communications, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment on key initiatives.
- Break down silos to build a unified voice for the sales organization.
- Program & Change Management Support:
- Lead internal communication efforts for product launches / updates, sales enablement programs, tools rollouts, and process changes.
- Anticipate communication needs and ensure teams are informed and equipped for success.
- Measurement & Optimization:
- Analyze communication effectiveness through feedback and engagement metrics.
- Continuously improve strategies to maximize impact and relevance.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and manage quarterly, monthly, and weekly live enablement events tailored to specific audiences and topic categories.
- Ensure events are well-planned, aligned with sales priorities, and provide clear value to participants.
- Governance and Approval:
- Serve as a key member of the governance board responsible for reviewing and approving live and general enablement requests.
- Evaluate requests to ensure alignment with strategic goals and audience needs, prioritizing relevance and impact.
- 6-8 years in internal communications, change management communications, or a related field, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven experience creating and managing communication strategies for global audiences.
- Expertise in crafting professional, engaging, and results-oriented messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable communications.
- Experience with Seismic, or similar knowledge management platform, and Asana a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
- Confidence in presenting and defending communication strategies to leadership.
- Strong ability to work across departments, balancing multiple perspectives to create unified messaging.
- Experience managing communications for large-scale initiatives involving multiple workstreams.
