Pay: $22/hour commission

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Deliver a high level of personalized service in a luxury retail setting
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support repeat business
- Support outreach and follow-up efforts to drive sales
- Maintain strong knowledge of collections and product assortment
- Assist with visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards
- Operate POS and support day-to-day store operations
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and company procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
- Assist with opening and closing the store as needed
Qualifications
