Operations Supervisor

Pay: $26/hour
We're seeking an energetic and organized Operations Supervisor to join our luxury retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stock Associate looking to step into a leadership role or for someone with prior supervisory experience in retail operations.
In this role, you'll oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient shipping and receiving, and seamless daily execution. You'll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly while maintaining operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all back-of-house operations in a high-volume retail environment
- Manage shipping, receiving, transfers, and inventory organization
- Ensure inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and routine audits
- Monitor stock levels and maintain an organized BOH space
- Identify and proactively resolve operational challenges before they arise
- Support store leadership with operational initiatives and process improvements
- Eventually supervise a part-time Operations Support Associate
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Stock Associate with leadership responsibilities, or prior experience in a retail supervisory role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate operational needs
- Positive energy and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Inventory management and shipping/receiving experience preferred
