Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Own end to end execution of technical marketing campaigns, from intake and planning through launch, QA, and performance analysis
- Translate marketing objectives into clear technical plans, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and dependencies
- Manage project plans, proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers
- Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams
- Hands on configuration of campaigns within internal tools (targeting, pacing, surfaces, assets)
- Coordinate campaign approvals and launches with Engineering and Data Science
- Ensure accurate tracking, telemetry, and measurement frameworks are in place
- Document campaign setups, specs, and testing plans
- Identify process and tooling improvements to increase speed to market
- Validate campaign setup, targeting, and performance through QA
- Monitor live campaigns and support optimization efforts
- Manage bug intake and triage during testing and launch
- Analyze performance metrics and develop insights, summaries, and recommendations
- 8 years of experience in technical program management, marketing program management, or marketing operations
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross functional projects in fast paced environments
- Hands on experience with marketing technology or campaign management platforms
- Strong collaboration experience with engineering and data science teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Highly detail oriented with a proactive problem solving mindset
