Location: Eden Prairie, MN (hybrid)
Pay: $45-$50/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an active member of the brand team, supporting marketing, communications, creative partners, and operations to ensure alignment with brand and team priorities. Flex to support high-priority initiatives across brands and the broader marketing team as business needs evolve.
- Own the end-to-end brand site experience, including site maintenance and agency management.. Oversee ongoing management of brand guidelines and related resources, including:
- Regular brand creative reviews with internal creative partners
- Facilitation and follow-up for Creative Council meetings
- Development and governance of Canva templates and other brand assets
- Updates to brand guidelines and associated documentation
- Manage enterprise-level brand training and visual brand identity guideline development. Ensure teams understand and correctly apply visual identity standards across channels and touchpoints.
- Lead planning and development of brand sponsorship initiatives for Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sponsorship activities with broader brand and business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- In partnership with Enterprise Brand Management leaders, sourcing, and key stakeholders, manage licensed content contracts and usage (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Getty, Shutterstock, Monotype, MCKL). Ensure compliance with license terms while maximizing productivity and value of licensed content and tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing environments
- 5–7 years managing communication with a variety of business partners (e.g., senior leaders, sales leaders, technical partners)
- Hands-on experience in campaign management or campaign development
- Experience supporting and executing multi-channel projects (web, email, content, and/or digital)
- Proven experience in marketing project management from concept through in-market launch
- Experience communicating business results across channels and to multiple leadership levels
