- Freelance, on-site role
- Location: Ontario, California
- Write clear, engaging copy for digital and print marketing materials
- Support email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and mailing list maintenance
- Help manage social media content planning, scheduling, and execution across platforms
- Create graphics and visual assets for brochures, email, web, presentations, social media, and trade shows
- Assist with product marketing initiatives by translating product details into compelling customer-facing messaging
- Develop sales support materials such as one sheets, cut sheets, product sheets, and training resources
- Support product launches, campaigns, showroom initiatives, and broader marketing projects
- Manage marketing materials within content management systems and assist with asset uploads and organization
- Coordinate logistics and support for trade shows, events, presentations, team activities, and special programs
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to keep projects moving forward
- Apply digital marketing and SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement
- Provide administrative support related to marketing operations and project coordination
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills
- Experience with content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, and social media execution
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Familiarity with CMS tools, email marketing platforms, and social scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfort translating technical or product-related information into easy-to-understand marketing content
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
- Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills
- A portfolio showcasing both writing and graphic design work
- Background in furniture, manufacturing, architecture/design, or related industries
