Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on our exclusive jewelry collections
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain the craftsmanship and unique features of each piece
• Assist clients with selecting, fitting, and customizing jewelry pieces to meet their preferences
• Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash or card payments with professionalism
• Upsell additional items or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves to highlight new arrivals and featured collections
• Perform stock replenishment, inventory counts, and ensure all merchandise is well-presented at all times
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors, ensuring clear and courteous interactions
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about jewelry care, styling tips, and the story behind each piece
• Support store operations by supervising team members when needed, ensuring smooth daily functions

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience in luxury or high-end jewelry preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in bilingual environments are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management
• Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demos within a retail setting such as jewelry stores or luxury boutiques
• Exceptional phone etiquette skills for professional client interactions over the phone or via digital channels
• Basic math skills necessary for handling cash handling procedures and retail calculations
• Knowledge of customer service best practices to create welcoming environments that foster repeat business
