We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed Legal Operations Coordinator to support a fast-moving in-house legal environment for a beauty focused organization. This position is responsible for managing core legal administrative and operational processes, helping ensure contracts, compliance activities, and legal requests are organized, accurate, and progressing efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and confident working independently while exercising strong judgment in a dynamic setting.

Pay rate: $32-36/hr. DOE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage legal intake processes, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining records for contracts and related requests
• Review incoming agreements for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation before routing or filing
• Maintain contract databases, version control, and executed agreement records with a high degree of accuracy
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely movement of legal requests and agreements
• Draft routine legal documents from approved templates, including NDAs, amendments, and similar agreements
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential issues for escalation when appropriate
• Assist with improving legal operations processes, workflows, templates, and tracking systems
• Provide general legal administrative support, including coordination and scheduling as needed
• Track trademark matters, renewal deadlines, and portfolio updates
• Support brand protection activities through monitoring, coordination, and enforcement tracking
• Assist with privacy and compliance-related administrative tasks, including request tracking and policy support
• Partner with legal, marketing, and cross-functional business teams on compliance initiatives and workflow coordination
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in legal administration, legal operations, paralegal support, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or incomplete information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and consistent follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting an in-house legal department
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, trackers, or similar tools
• Exposure to commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments
