Junior Recruiter

Job Description

We’re seeking a Junior Recruiter with experience supporting high-volume retail hiring in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique demands of store and field recruitment, has strong candidate instincts, and can help drive efficient hiring processes for customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for retail and related corporate support roles
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a variety of positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview process
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and support offer coordination
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems
• Help build talent pipelines for ongoing and future retail hiring needs
  
  

Preferred Background

• Experience recruiting within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings at once
• Comfort working in a collaborative, onsite or hybrid setting
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
