Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for retail and related corporate support roles
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a variety of positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview process
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and support offer coordination
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems
- Help build talent pipelines for ongoing and future retail hiring needs
Preferred Background
- Experience recruiting within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings at once
- Comfort working in a collaborative, onsite or hybrid setting
