We’re looking for an Inventory Planner who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution—someone who can turn data into action and drive meaningful business results.
What You’ll Do
Own the Business
- Drive sales and margin by managing current inventory and identifying future opportunities
- Build and execute assortment and inventory strategies aligned with financial goals
Plan with Purpose
- Develop department and SKU-level sales, inventory, and flow plans
- Reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up forecasts
- Present insights and strategies to leadership with clarity and confidence
Leverage Data to Win
- Analyze historical performance and emerging trends to uncover risks and opportunities
- Forecast demand across departments, collections, and SKUs
- Translate insights into actionable inventory and buying strategies
Manage Inventory Like a Pro
- Lead open-to-buy (OTB) planning and monthly reviews
- Optimize inventory flow and manage on-order pipelines
- Ensure strong in-stock positions on high-impact products
Collaborate & Lead
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising and key stakeholders
- Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performance culture
- Take ownership of projects that drive company-wide impact
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning or related field
- Strong foundation in retail math and inventory concepts
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Analytical mindset with a talent for turning data into insights
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in multi-channel retail (eCommerce stores) is a plus
- Leadership experience (or readiness to step into it) preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
