Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of experiential events, including workshops, activations, and community-driven programming
- Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and operations teams to develop compelling event concepts
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and external partners
- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring smooth run-of-show and troubleshooting in real time
- Develop detailed production documents including run-of-show, staffing plans, and logistics schedules
- Track and report on event performance, including post-event recaps and insights
- Maintain strong attention to brand detail and guest experience at every touchpoint
- 3–6 years of experience in experiential production, events, or brand activations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Experience working on-site events and handling live production challenges
- Experience within hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or community-driven brands
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of experiential marketing trends
- Passion for building engaging, memorable consumer experiences
