Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Pay: $50/hr

Our client, headquartered on Wall Street is seeking a Design Contractor to support high?visibility presentations and marketing materials by translating established brand standards into polished, consistent deliverables. This role supports executive?facing communications, its listed companies, and prospective partners.

Responsibilities

• Format and lay out presentation slides using existing templates and brand standards of listed companies using Canva
• Apply approved typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy consistently across materials
• Create visual mockups for marketing concepts (e.g., digital campaign ads, OOH placements, events)
• Design and layout miscellaneous materials to support in-house events (e.g., digital screens, banners, menus)
  
  

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating multi?brand design and clean, well-spaced layouts across physical and digital platforms
• Deep understanding of working within brand guidelines
• Strong attention to detail; able to work quickly and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Canva
• Comfortable working in a fast?paced environment with multiple deadlines
• NYC?based and available for on?site work 3 days/week
• 2-3 years of design and layout experience
