What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Designer position at 24 Seven Talent?
We are a fast-growing consumer brand focused on delivering high-quality products designed for everyday use. We’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape how the brand looks and feels across every touchpoint. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the visual execution of campaigns, channel assets, and brand materials, working closely with the creative team to evolve and elevate the brand’s visual identity.
What You’ll Do
Brand Design
- Design campaign assets across all channels, including paid media, email, social, web, packaging, print collateral, and retail
- Develop visual concepts for campaigns by translating strategic briefs into compelling design directions
- Create and adapt layouts across formats and channels, ensuring cohesive and intentional design
- Design for both print and digital with equal fluency—from social ads to packaging to in-store materials
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual system and design language
Campaign & Creative Development
- Participate in campaign brainstorms, building direction and visual references that push creative thinking forward
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts from idea through final execution
- Help guide the visual direction of individual projects, translating briefs into clear creative outputs
- Bring a strong point of view to creative reviews, with the ability to articulate design decisions
On-Set Creative Support
- Attend shoots to support creative direction, including product styling and ensuring visual consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on set to maintain the overall look and feel of campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in brand or graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, DTC, or retail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- A portfolio demonstrating strong execution across both digital and print
- Solid understanding of print production fundamentals
- Ability to translate creative briefs into actionable visual direction
- Strong eye for styling, layout, and composition
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and build on ideas
- Motion design or video editing skills are a plus
Compensation & Details
- Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
