One of our large tech clients is looking for a Contract Benefits Specialist to join their team for a 6-month position.
The Benefits Specialist will play a pivotal role in the HR department, focusing on the planning, communication, and administration of employee benefits across all offices.
Ideal Benefits Specialist Candidates Will Have
– A strategic thinker who can negotiate benefits terms and renewals with vendors and brokers while maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with employees, brokers, and vendors.
– Excellent communication skills
– Comprehensive understanding of HR and benefits administration, and the ability to foster positive relationships within the organization and with external partners.
Job Responsibilities
– Plan and communicate benefits offerings for Twilio.
– Negotiate terms and renewals with benefits vendors and brokers.
– Manage benefits administration effectively for all Twilio offices.
– Maintain a productive relationship with employees, brokers, and vendors.
– Resolve disputes between employees and vendors with a focus on fairness and compliance.
– Oversee compliance and administer various health and welfare plans, including disability, HCRA, DCRA, life, medical, dental, 401(k) program, employee exit program, transportation programs, and time off management.
