We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to focus on Juniors and Kids handbags and backpacks. This role owns the design process from concept through sample execution and is ideal for someone with a strong background in textile prints, graphics, and accessories design who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop handbags and backpacks for the Juniors and Kids markets
- Create original textile prints, patterns, and graphic artwork aligned with seasonal trends
- Produce detailed flat sketches, tech packs, and line sheets
- Manage sample send-outs and communicate with vendors and factories
- Ensure product accuracy through clear specifications, organization, and follow-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production and Merchandising to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 3 years of accessories design experience; handbags/backpacks strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of textile print design and development
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
