As a Server 3 (Event Server) you will play an essential role in supporting the execution of events. Responsibilities include event set-up, food and beverage service, guest interaction, event breakdown, and the proper handling of equipment and decor. You’ll contribute to creating a seamless and memorable experience for every client and guest by bringing energy, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.
This is an event-based position with a schedule that varies based on business needs and event demand, with increased opportunities during peak seasons.

Skills & Qualifications
- Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
- One (1) year of related experience and/or training preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on task
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
- Service-minded, proactive, and adaptable
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 25 lbs. frequently and occasional lifting or moving of heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment as needed
- Must possess a current California Food Handler’s Card, or obtain one withing 30 days of hire
- Must obtain in-house Allergen Certification within 14 days of hire
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules is required, a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- Reliable transportation required
