As a Server 2 (Event Server), you play a key role in executing events while supporting the Event Lead and helping guide the service team. You are responsible for set-up, service, and breakdown, while reinforcing service standards and contributing to smooth event flow and guest experience.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow, especially those with bartending experience or an interest in bar service.
Bartender Opportunity
High-performing Server 2 team members may step into Bartender assignments, supporting bar setup, service execution, and inventory management while delivering professional, compliant beverage service. A valid RBS Certification is required. This is a key opportunity to expand your skillset and take on more responsibility within the team.
This is an event-based role with a flexible schedule based on business needs, offering increased opportunities during peak seasons.

Skills & Qualifications
- Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to stay on task

- Ability to support team members and provide peer guidance under the direction of the Event Lead
- Demonstrated ability to identify basic service or operational issues and escalate appropriately
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 25 lbs. frequently and occasional lifting or moving of heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment as needed
- Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire
- Must obtain in-house Allergen Certification within 14 days of hire
- Reliable transportation required
- Minimum of two years of related experience in hospitality, catering, or customer-facing roles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules is required (minimum two Saturdays per month)
- This is an event-based role with variable scheduling based on business needs
$22 - $24 per hour
